• Vendors are responsible for making sure their offerings are safe, ethical, and legal.
• We expect respectful behavior from all guests and vendors. Anyone who violates our code of conduct may be removed from the event without a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel an event.
• The fair's name, logos, and materials belong to the fair.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon.
• What we collect: contact details, business details, and payment information.
• How we use it: to manage event participation, communicate with you, and send updates.
• How we protect it: industry-standard safeguards, through third-party processors.
• We never sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide services you've requested.
• Cookies and analytics tools may be used. You can control them in your browser settings.
• Admission to the fair is free.
• Vendors apply first and pay only after they're approved, within 15 days of being accepted.
• Vendor booth fees are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event.
• Booth transfers need written approval.
