Fill out the vendor application and choose your booth.
Every application will be reviewed and responded to within one week.
If you're accepted, we email you an invoice with a payment link.
Payment is due within 15 days of being accepted.
Bring your own canopy, table, chairs and everything you need.
A 6' x 6' space with a 5' x 2' table and 2 chairs.
A 6' x 6' space with table and chairs, plus a 30-minute speaking slot, if approved.
A 6' x 6' space with table and chairs, plus features in our social and email marketing.
Check the speaker box on the application and tell us what you'd like to speak on. Every request will be reviewed and we will let you know if you're accepted. Approved speakers can offer a 30-minute talk, and any paid offering you promote should be $50 or under, to keep things accessible to our community.
Vendor spaces are application-based so each fair has a diverse mix of offerings. We may decline a registration if there are too many vendors of the same type; for example, we limit intuitive and card readers to about 4–5 per event.
You only pay after you're approved: apply first, hear back within a week, and if you're accepted you'll get a separate email to pay your booth fee within 15 days.
